  • How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

    Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help us get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.

  • Where are you licensed and do you offer online therapy?

    Yes, I am licensed in New York and New Jersey, and I offer telehealth sessions only in both states.

  • Do you take insurance?

    Yes. I accept insurance through Headway, which helps with billing and eligibility. I’m in-network with:

    Optum (including UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, and Oxford) and Aetna in NY & NJ. As well as Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in NY.

  • What if I have out-of-network insurance?

    I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

  • Do you offer a sliding scale?

    I offer a few sliding scale spots based on financial need. Reach out if you'd like to explore this option.

  • What is a Good Faith Estimate?

    If you're paying out of pocket, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs. You also have the right to see and request corrections to your records under the No Surprises Act.
